Seller Stories Campaign | Square
Summer 2020 was an excruciating time for small businesses. PPP loans, PPE shortages, constantly changing CDC guidance and more three letter acronyms that changed the way we go about our day-to-day. Square was in a unique position to ask how business owners were coping and to use our platform to show support. The budget for this campaign was <$75K so we used local photographers and in-house editors to build the campaign. We created a campaign in the US and Australia based on recorded phone conversations with our customers. TV spots and radio commercials supported a robust social campaign and landing page that helped the every day public see what small businesses were going through and helped business owners feel heard amongst all of the noise.
